Our Paddock Garages are located trackside, built for far more than just storage. Whether it’s keeping cars prepped and ready for the next session or creating a place to gather after a day on track, these spaces are designed with flexibility in mind.

There are five sizes available: 30x36, 60x60, 72x44, 72x48, and 72x60.

30x36 – Holds four cars
60x60 – Holds six cars, with an entertainment area on the ground level and loft above
72x48 – Holds eight cars, with an entertainment area below and loft above
72x60 – Holds twelve cars, with an entertainment area below and loft above

Each garage with an entertainment area/loft can also be upgraded to a full living space. Floor plan options include a kitchen, dining, and living area on the ground floor, and a loft that can be finished with 1–2 bedrooms.
