A new section of Flatrock Motorclub’s 1,000-acre property have been developed to include 41 new home sites available by appointment only. Features include the following:

• Home sites range in size from 0.5 acres to 1.5+ acres

• Home designs must adhere to creative requirements and restrictions.

• Home owners may use their own architect or use a preferred architect approved by Flatrock Motorclub.

• Home owners may use their own custom builder or use a preferred builder approved by Flatrock Motorclub.

• Home sites located alongside future 18-hole golf course and within sight of the track, the Clubhouse, and additional amenities.
